En français plus bas. This service is appropriate if you are looking for an immigration path or if you have specific questions regarding your current status or something you want to do. As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, I will review your eligibility questionnaire and ask you additional questions before our meeting on Zoom. During the Zoom meeting and based on your answers, I will provide you with advice on the three (3) best paths for immigration, including general needs, timeline and cost. You may not have three options. In that case, I will give you an answer based on all the options available to you. If time permits, I will also answer your specific questions regarding your current immigration status or issues you have encountered on your immigration path. Ce service est approprié si vous cherchez un chemin d’immigration ou si vous avez des questions spécifiques concernant votre statut actuel ou quelque chose que vous voulez faire. En tant que consultante règlementée en immigration canadienne, j’examinerai votre questionnaire d’admissibilité et vous poserai des questions supplémentaires avant notre réunion sur Zoom. Au cours de la réunion Zoom et en fonction de vos réponses, je vous fournirai des conseils sur les trois (3) meilleures voies pour l’immigration, y compris les besoins généraux, le calendrier et les coûts. Vous n’avez peut-être pas trois options. Dans ce cas, je vous donnerai une réponse basée sur toutes les options qui s’offrent à vous. Si le temps le permet, je répondrai également à vos questions spécifiques concernant votre statut d’immigration actuel ou les problèmes que vous avez rencontrés sur votre chemin d’immigration.

Object of the service The initial consultation is meant to advise you on your eligibility to up to three Canadian immigration programs that we choose for you based on the information you have provided. Prior to your meeting by at least 24h, you should fill out the eligibility form on our website. The consultation can also pertain to a specific subject or issue with your status, one that you have described in detail in our form or via email at angela@boldeaimmigration.com. When you book a service that includes a written report, you will receive the report within 15 days of your first meeting and will be able to book a second 30 minutes meeting. Confidentiality Your personal information is confidential to Angela Boldea Immigration Inc and will not be shared to any third party unless required as such by the Laws of Canada and its provinces or agreed by you in writing. Cancelation fee For all paid services, a cancellation fee of 75$ will be retained. This is to cover payment fees that we assume on your behalf when you book your consultation with us. If you do not show up to your scheduled meeting, we reserve the right to refuse you a rebooking and refuse you a reimbursement. A paid service can be rescheduled 24h or more in advance by contacting us at angela@boldeaimmigration.com. Technical means You are responsible of your technical means needed to achieve the meeting. No additional time, reimbursement or reschedule will be allowed to replace a missed meeting, late arrival, poor connection. Acceptance and consent By accepting this service, you consent to the terms and conditions and enter into a binding service contract with Angela Boldea Immigration Inc. This contract is governed by the laws of Québec.
