Cancellation Policy
Object of the service The initial consultation is meant to advise you on your eligibility to up to three Canadian immigration programs that we choose for you based on the information you have provided. Prior to your meeting by at least 24h, you should fill out the eligibility form on our website. The consultation can also pertain to a specific subject or issue with your status, one that you have described in detail in our form or via email at angela@boldeaimmigration.com. When you book a service that includes a written report, you will receive the report within 15 days of your first meeting and will be able to book a second 30 minutes meeting. Confidentiality Your personal information is confidential to Angela Boldea Immigration Inc and will not be shared to any third party unless required as such by the Laws of Canada and its provinces or agreed by you in writing. Cancelation fee For all paid services, a cancellation fee of 75$ will be retained. This is to cover payment fees that we assume on your behalf when you book your consultation with us. If you do not show up to your scheduled meeting, we reserve the right to refuse you a rebooking and refuse you a reimbursement. A paid service can be rescheduled 24h or more in advance by contacting us at angela@boldeaimmigration.com. Technical means You are responsible of your technical means needed to achieve the meeting. No additional time, reimbursement or reschedule will be allowed to replace a missed meeting, late arrival, poor connection. Acceptance and consent By accepting this service, you consent to the terms and conditions and enter into a binding service contract with Angela Boldea Immigration Inc. This contract is governed by the laws of Québec.
